N40 neodymium magnets

N40 neodymium magnets

Grade:N40

Shape: cylinder N40 neodymium magnets, block N40 neodymium magnets, disk N40 neodymium magnets, rings N40 neodymium magnets, segment N40 neodymium magnets.

Max working Temperature: 80
Coatings : NiCuNi, Bright Nickel, White Zinc, Blue&White Zinc, Au, Ag, and so on.

Characteristic of N40 neodymium mangets:

model Br mt(KG) Hcb Koe(KA/m) iHc Koe(KA/m) (BH)Max KJ/m3(MGOE) TW Degree C
N40 12.5-12.8 11.6 12 38-41 80

Very high resistance to demagnetization
High energy for size
Good in ambient temperature
Moderately priced
Material is corrosive and should be coated for long term maximum energy output
Low working temperature for heat applications, but higher levels of heat resistance materials are being introduced periodically.

N40 neodymium magnets are very brittle and very strong magnetically. Therefore, it is crucial to handle these magnets with extreme care to avoid personal injury and damage to the magnets. Fingers can be severely pinched between attracting magnets. Magnets can chip if allowed to jump at an attracting object. It is highly recommended that when constructing rare earth magnetic assemblies, they be magnetized after assembly..
